Just as we feared, Yahoo has already begun deleting blogs and tampering with Tumblr’s integrity.

They are deleting accounts for sharing photos of animal cruelty as if the accounts sharing them are encouraging or promoting animal abuse.

It’s now apparently Tumblr policy to shut down accounts with zero notice.

I’m in total agreement with Yahoo, and I’ve made plenty of posts and unfollowed people for this. There is no need to exploit animals by reposting their cruelty. If you don’t like this, unfollow ME.

Deleting user accounts for advocating against animal abuse by raising awareness of animal cruelty through sharing graphic photos = wrong.

Deleting user accounts that encourage and promote animal abuse = great.

The staff aren’t differentiating and that’s the problem.
